Invisalign® can be considered to get the beautiful straight teeth you have always been wanting, without the need for traditional braces. What is it?

With Invisalign® we use a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners that no one will know you are wearing. So you won't have to worry about smiling and anyone seeing the traditional metal braces. Invisalign® is made using the latest technology; 3D computer imaging technology. Insivalign® 3D technology has been proven effective. As many as 70% of orthodontists are certified to treat with Invisalign® within the US and Canada.

Why would I want it?

Invisalign® is removable and invisible. During the treatment you can eat and drink what ever you want. Lets not forget, with the Invisalign® being removable brushing and flossing is not a problem. There is no metal to cause mouth abrasions during treatment. No metal and wires typically means you will spend less time in our office making adjustments during your treatment. Invisalign® allows you to see your virtual treatment plan from the start. Right away you will be able to see how your teeth will look when your treatment is complete.

How does it work?

You wear a set of Invisalign® aligners for approximately 2 weeks each, removing them only during eating, or to drink, brush, and floss. As you continue your treatment and replace each aligner with the next one in the series, your teeth will move. Week after week you will see your  teeth straightening until you finished straightening them to the final positions. You will come into our office about every 6 week as prescribed by Dr. Behnan. Averages treatment times are 9-15 months; during this time frame you will have worn between 18 and 30 aligners. The number of aligners and the duration of time will vary from case to case.
